My journey has been full of life shifts — including two divorces — that taught me one thing: sort your own life out first. You can't control what others do, but you can own your brilliance, focus on your own challenges, and show up for yourself.

In '23, I launched Decibel — Personal Brand Agency to help people in business show up bold, build branded reputations that open doors, and become bankable forces in their industries. As Jackson H. Brown Jr. said, "Opportunity dances with those already on the dance floor." I help people step onto that floor with confidence, connection, and a brand that turns heads — and profits.

My background in influencer marketing includes driving $4M+ in brand deals, managing top NZ talent and shaping the careers of leaders like Kimberley Crossman.

I'm also the founder and host of Sip + Share — kick-arse networking events for women, with speakers like Anna Mowbray (ZEIL), Jessica Farrow (TikTok) and Caroline Rainsford (Google). Generational events teaching a new kind of bravery: the courage to extend a hand, open doors, and normalise asking for help.

In 2025 I co-founded Revved with Anna Mowbray — a business and leadership summit that exists to create access and opportunity for New Zealand's engineers of change. A finalist for Business Event of the Year 2026, on track for 800 leaders on 6 August.

Family is my heartbeat. My soulmate, 6 amazing kids (3 mine, 3 his), and a close-knit crew.
